- On registration: Please provide a title and synopsis for up to three topics, a short & extended biography, a headshot, and a 20-sec intro video about you. We will select the best one for you to present.
- Please provide us with the draft presentation slides on the selected topic ahead of time, (at least 3 weeks before the webinar). Upon receiving this, we can identify what you plan to present, and see if changes need to be made.
- One week before, we hold a rehearsal for the webinar. Speakers will present as they would in the webinar (including the same location and equipment), to solve technical issues well before the event, and ensure the webinar runs smoothly.
- One day before: Finalise presentation slides and send to THRIVE, to allow for setup.
