THRIVE Project was thrilled to attend the Brisbane Sustainability Festival with the Brisbane City Council and the Brisbane Sustainability Agency present.

On Sunday, May 25, 2025, THRIVE Project joined the Sustainable BNE Festival at Brisbane’s Roma Street Parkland, one of the city’s largest sustainability events. The festival brought together over 20,000 attendees for a day of interactive learning, local culture, and climate-focused conversation.
Our team engaged directly with the community, sharing insights from our thrivable resources. The festival features a diverse range of activities, including hands-on workshops, live music, artisanal markets, food trucks, thrift shops, and interactive zones dedicated to various aspects of sustainability.

Festival-goers explored zones dedicated to sustainable living, from eco-shopping and resilient homes to kids’ activities and wellness workshops. THRIVE’s presence helped spotlight the social dimensions of climate resilience, emphasising inclusive solutions that benefit everyone.
We were inspired by the energy, curiosity, and commitment of those we met. Events like the Sustainable BNE Festival are key to building momentum for a future where both people and the planet thrive.
THRIVE looks forward to attending more community events in the future!
